We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quicky and securely.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes shipping on all orders is absolutely FREE.
Do you offer a express shipping service?
Yes, if you need your accessories trackable and slightly quicker than the standard delivery option then the express/tracked shipping service can be selected at checkout for a fee of 15€ this delivery service takes around 5-20 days.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer. You can want to contact your local customs offices for more information before placing an order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The free shipping service takes 20-45 business days for delivery and the express shipping service which can be selected and purchased at checkout takes 5-20 business days. Our dispatch time is 1-3 days upon receipt of your order.
I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?

I have just received my accessories but it has arrived broken, what shall i do?

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt of product. All returns must be unworn, unused, no links removed and in original packaging as dispatched in. All refunds are minus our original P&P costs. We take no responsibility for customs and duty charges for parcels returned to us, if these are incurred then these will be taken out of the total refund amount along with any relevant damage or original postage charges.
